At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and comfortably. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your frames in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Frames

  Place your eyewear, along with the original protective case and cleaning cloth, into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
